Browsing our pages, searching the dental article library and viewing office photos do not require an account or a tracking cookie. This version of the site does not install advertising pixels or third-party analytics.

After a successful inquiry submitted directly through the website, a cookie named revive_contact_received may be used for up to two minutes to display the confirmation page. It contains a confirmation flag, not the message, name, email address or phone number. It is cleared when the confirmation page is viewed.

External content and links

Google Maps and Google Fonts receive connection information when loaded. The office video connects to YouTube when you choose to load it or follow the link. Scheduling, Myla, financing, membership and review services may use cookies or similar technology on their own websites. Review the notices on those services before entering information. Their cookies are controlled by those providers.
